This is a wonderful book for anyone interested in dreams or dreaming. Reading it birthed a month long period of dreaming that was like getting daily postcards from the unconscious. It is simply written, practical and clear. It is a very easy, accessible read.I particularly liked the various suggestions re tuning into our dreams, the practice of reflection as opposed to interpretation and the tips for remembering them etc. The book is also very easy to understand around possible messages in dreams. It really helped me understand words, language and phrases that occur and the relevance of even tiny details. I have changed how I approach my dreams and it feels easier. I have always valued my dreams but this has brought a lot more ease and indeed joy around them without them becoming a labour. It is by far the best and easiest book on dreams I have read. It is like having a conversation with the author..... I have purchased a number of copies for presents. Great to see something like this coming from the Wild West of Ireland. Ms Duffy most definitely has a gift for dreams. Dream on.Product details

At long last a book on dreams that speaks to me .... I started reading 'Awaken to the Wisdom of your Dreams' and all the familiar and bizarre scenarios which I perceive to happen to me whilst I sleep started to come to mind.
Kathleen shares her dreams openly and her insight and familiarity with symbols and symbolism is striking.
The book offers a basis for dream work that is both clear and meaningful and is one for your bedside table.
I found using the practical suggestions to access my dream world actually worked.
